Screen printing

In the basement in a small corner I create space for my hobby: screen printing. It satisfies my love for good editorial design and print products on high-quality paper that you can experience haptically. It also provides a good balance to my otherwise very sedentary and one-sided job at the desk and screen.

»Zapfen« Series

The biggest screen printing project to date was my »Zapfen« series. It featured hand drawn illustrations of nine different cones. They were subsequently hand printed in two colors on different papers on DIN A4 paper. Variations included:

  • Black and gold print on Metapaper ecoFiber Natural Green 30% Hanffaser 118 gsm
  • Black and gold print on Metapaper ecoFiber Birch 50% Recycling 300 gsm
  • Black and green print on grass paper 40% grass fiber 280 gsm
  • Black and green print on Metapaper ecoFiber Birch 50% Recycling 300 gsm
Gold and black screen print on Metapaper ecoFiber Birch 50% Recycling 300 gsm

After the series was very well received I started a raffle on Instagram:
